ACS Certified by TSA as a C.C.S.F.

American Cargoservice is the first San Diego freight forwarder (Indirect Air Carrier) to be certified by TSA as a C.C.S.F. (Certified Cargo Screening Facility). This designation will enable us to comply with the upcoming 100% screening requirement, while avoiding delays to our clients' air shipments.

ACS launches its new office in the Valley

American Cargoservice Inc. has just opened its new office in
El Centro, CA to better assist the Imperial Valley and its
surrounding areas.
"Our new office will enable us to have our hands on the
upcoming renewable energy projects" says Terry Simokat,
ACS's president, "the last few years we have been focusing
and specializing on the renewable energy industry's
logistics and I believe we are now at the right place and
the right time".
Besides having a new office in the area, American
Cargoservice Inc. is also a new member of the IVDEC
(Imperial Valley Economic Development Corporation) which

BDP Project Logistics signs agency agreement with
American Cargoservice Inc.
PHILADELPHIA and SAN DIEGO, January 21, 2009 Ð
BDP Project Logistics will be represented in California's
San Diego and Imperial Valley markets by American
Cargoservice, Inc., a San Diego-based freight forwarding
firm with which it signed an agency agreement this week.
"BDP Project Logistics is an excellent fit for us," said
Terry Simokat, president of American Cargoservice. "The
company's global project network will enable us to bring
major resources, including engineering, to large projects
that require all facets of transportation management on a
global scale."
Luc VanHeygen, managing director, Americas and Europe,
for BDP Project Logistics, added, "ACS will bring us
valuable cargo handling capability and expertise in the
important California project market, where we are looking to
expand our involvement in the alternative energy markets,
among others."
A wholly-owned subsidiary of BDP International and based
in Singapore, BDP Project Logistics offers transportation
