American Cargoservice, Inc. has an immediate full time position available for a Sales Representative to build new client relationships and maintain relationships with our existing clients.

Responsibilities include

  • Developing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Generate and follow up on business leads
  • Selling our services which include Air and Ocean Export, Air and Ocean Import, Domestic Transportation, Project Forwarding and Cargo Insurance
  • Increase our client base by cold calling, issuing and following up on quotes, and making formal and informal presentations to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and follow up with all clients using CRM software.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • The ability to learn quickly and work efficiently
  • 2 years sales experience, preferably in transportation field.
  • Ability to build client relationships
  • Self-motivated, able to work effectively with minimal supervision
