American Cargoservice, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a full-time business development representative to establish new client relationships and maintain relationships with our existing clients.

Responsibilities include

  • Selling our services which include Air and Ocean Export, Air and Ocean Import, Domestic Transportation, Project Forwarding and Cargo Insurance.
  • Follow up on quotes, cold callings, and make formal and informal presentations to prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • Highly energetic and self-motivated.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and successfully manage time.
  • Ability to understand individual customer operations.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations.
  • Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
  • Must pass TSA background check.
  • Knowledge of transportation or international trade a plus.
